Privacy Policy
Last updated 21 October 2026
IntraFitness is run by Dallin Davis. This policy covers the IntraFitness mobile app and this website. It describes every category of data the app collects, why it is collected, and what you can do about it.
The short version: IntraFitness collects what it needs to choose your weights. It contains no advertising trackers, and your training data is never sold.
What is collected
| Data | What exactly | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Account | Email address and password. The password is stored hashed by our authentication provider and is never visible to us. | To sign you in and keep your data attached to you. |
| Assessment | Sex, age range, body weight, training experience, primary goal, available equipment, and whether you have an injury or limitation and which body areas it affects. | To choose exercises you can do and a starting weight that suits you. |
| Training history | Every workout, exercise and set: the weight, the repetitions, how hard it felt, and the date. | To decide what to prescribe next. This is the core of what the app does. |
| Progress | Experience points, badges earned, and avatar choices. | To show your progress over time. |
| Diagnostics | When the app crashes: device model, operating system version, app version, and the technical trace of the error. | To find and fix crashes. Authentication details are stripped before these reports are sent, and they contain no training data. |
| Notifications | A push notification token, only if you turn reminders on. | To send the workout reminder you asked for. |
Health-related information
Body weight, sex, age range and any injury or limitation you report are health-related. They are collected only because the app cannot pick a safe weight or a suitable exercise without them, they are stored with the rest of your account data, and they are deleted with it. IntraFitness is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice.
What is not collected
- No advertising or marketing trackers are in the app.
- No location data.
- No contacts, photos, microphone or camera access.
- No payment details — the app is currently free.
Who it is shared with
IntraFitness does not sell your data and does not share it for advertising. It is handled by three service providers, each doing one job:
- Supabase hosts the database and handles sign-in. Your account and training data live here.
- Sentry receives crash reports.
- Apple and Google distribute the app and tell us which build you are running.
Data may also be disclosed where the law requires it, which has not happened to date.
How long it is kept
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. Training history is kept indefinitely by design — the app gets better at prescribing the longer your record is, and old sessions still inform current recommendations. Nothing is pruned on a schedule.
When you delete your account, every row listed above is deleted along with your login. It is not archived and it is not recoverable.
What you can do
- Export everything. Settings → Export my data writes every row the app holds for you to a single JSON file you can keep or send on.
- Delete everything. Settings → Delete my account removes all of it, then removes your login. If you cannot reach the app, use the deletion request page.
- Correct it. Your assessment answers can be changed at any time in the app.
- Ask. Email the address below with any request about your data and you will get a reply.
Children
IntraFitness is not intended for children under 13, and accounts should not be created for them. If you believe a child has created an account, email the address below and it will be deleted.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected or who it goes to, the date at the top changes and the app will say so before the change takes effect.
